Chapter 9: A View to a Death
Questions:
1: In Simon’s secret place, the flies prefer the pig’s head.
2: Simon decides to go to the top of the mountain.
3: Simon untangles the figure’s parachute on the mountainside.
4: Ralph suggests that he and Piggy should go to the party.
5: When Ralph and Piggy arrive, they are treated nicely because Jack is trying to get people to join his tribe.
6: Jack declares to Ralph that the conch’s rules are only valid on Ralph’s side of the island, not Jack’s.
7: The weather is horrible towards the end of the party. There is a horrendous downpour of rain, thunder, and lightning.
8: Kill the pig. Cut her throat. Spill her blood.
9: Simon emerges from the jungle with the secret that the beastie isn’t a beast, but a dead aviator.
